Sme For Basis Administration Consultant

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Administration and operational management. The successful candidate will participate in business activities, supporting senior managers with BAU and non-BAU activities.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and manage the Administration of MS Dynamics 365 ERP finance operations, focusing on manufacturing, planning, procurement, sales, and warehouse functions.Ensure the implementation, configuration, maintenance, and performance of critical SQL Server RDBMS systems.Manage all HR & Administration functions and partner with HRBP and local controller to align policies with local labor laws.Oversee projects and initiatives aiming to improve efficiency within our operations teams.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or related field.Experience in HR process design, transaction support, and employee Administration within a multinational organization.At least 4 years of experience in HR, payroll, and general Business Administration.We offer a competitive salary, life & medical insurance, Christmas bonus, food coupons, and a saving fund.
