Our people are passionate and qualified; by joining BRP, you will evolve at the heart of an experienced team that will welcome you with open arms.-**YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO**:Implement the system & processes that will support the following logistic operations:Ensure parameters accuracy in the system for all the materials assigned according to the Planning Strategy.Design, plan and optimize the correct synchronization and sequence to feed the production line.Manage Internal transport of materials and products.Monitor stock control, information flow and warehouse management.Optimize material handling, equipment and information technology.Define optimal processes for picking and preparation of shipments.Identify, establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators and manage large amounts of data.Learn a new system to be implemented.Prepare training materials and provide training to the end-users.Execute system testing and participate in defect solving.Post implementation support.THIS ROLE IS A GOOD FIT IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:**One year of experience in one or many of the following**: material planning, internal logistics, materials handling or shipyard operations.Familiarity with supply chain processes, kanban, supermarket, poka-yoke, scrap, sequencing and kitting.Leadership and decision making.Fluent in English, Spanish and French are a plus.MS Office, SAP EWM, IM, MM, Infor or any other related inventory or warehouse systems.Excellent analytical, communication (both oral and written) and troubleshooting skills.Tolerance to ambiguity, flexible/adaptable team player with a high level of proactivity and commitment.
