**PCE TECHNOLOGY DE JUÁREZ/FOXCONN GROUP (SAN JERÓNIMO)****Solicita**:**SMT Engineeing Manager (EMDIII)****Descripción y Requisitos****Purpose of the position**Coordinate resources for all SMT Engineering areas to meet customer requirements, maintain productivity and quality and support problem solving.**Main Roles & Responsibilities**- Lead SMT engineering activities in coordination with Manufacturing, Product and Test engineering on released products including process and product implementation and improvements changes.- Deploy strategic objectives, align people and resources in the manufacturing environment.- Achievement on budget goals.- Establish and maintain proper link between product planning and SMT engineering area.- Promote and support Quality and Environmental Plant goals.- Manage "SMT engineering team" including coaching and mentoring, hiring, performance management and development.- Debug, develop and execute continuous improvement efforts to improve efficiency and utilization of production lines.- Lead operations interface with design teams to review manufacturability/testability and develop/document a thorough production process plan early in design process.- Provide ongoing support for production process enhancements as needed to ensure high quality and the most cost effective and efficient manufacturing thruput.- Optimize the manufacturing process by reducing downtime and improving change-over methods.- Perform detailed defect root cause analysis with containment plans and corrective and preventive actions.**Requirements for the job**- Bachelor on manufacturing engineering or related field.- 10+ years in SMT engineering.- Experience in automotive industry- Master Degree in Engineering (Desirable)- Bilingual- Computer Skills (MS Excel, Power Point, Visio and Project), CAD (AutoCAD and Solid Works), FlexSim.**Knowledge**- Strong knowledge of SMT processes and component / PCA manufacturability: paste printing, pick & place, reflow oven, wave & selective solder, router, coating and washer equipments.- Lean manufacturing tools.- Knowledge of Productivity and Efficiency (Operations).- Ability to conduct PFMEA and DFMEA.- Experience with lean manufacturing environments and demonstrable results and leadership oriented towards continuous improvement of cost, quality and productivity.- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.Puesto: Gerente**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
