**PCE TECHNOLOGY DE JUÁREZ/FOXCONN GROUP (SAN JERÓNIMO)****Solicita**:**SMT PROCESS ENG****Descripción y Requisitos****PURPOSE OF THE POSITION**:Manufacturing engineer responsible to define, implement, maintain and improve the SMT Solder Paste, Pick analysis and Reflow processes with expertise.**MAIN ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES**:Develop reflow oven temperature profiles.Develop and design of tools required for meet quality goals. Ownership of the complete SMT Process. Attend internal and external trainings specific to placement technology for programming and maintenance. Ensure standardization across the plant and in compliance with Foxconn corporate policies. Train and develop trainings seminars to pierce, technicians and operative personnel.Procure with internal and external suppliers the necessary machinery, tooling and fixtures for production.Develop and/or compliment maintenance schedules to comply with preventive and predictive maintenance guidelines.Respond to emergencies down time issues in conjunction with other technical personnel according to the Foxconn escalation process.Attend and coordinate new product launches to meet defined project milestones (sample builds, pre-PV, PV and SOP).EXPIRENCE, 5 YEARS IN SMT AREAPuesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**- Tipo de contrato: Permanente- Salario: Negociable- Pais: MEXICO- Estado o Region: Chihuahua- Ciudad: Ciudad Juarez
