Descripción y detalle de las actividadesEnsure the process works at the optimum level, to the required rate of output, and quality expectations to meet customer requirements. - Set and maintain all operating process parameters to achieve high levels of production and efficiency targets. - Design and modify SMT tooling (stencils, backup plates, especial JIGs,). - Evaluate reflow oven profiles according to solder specifications. - Manage machine programs (Oven, AOI, SPI, XRAY and P&P) - Analyze and investigate root causes for process issues. - Define corrective actions to avoid customer impact. - Quality enhances, reduce customer complaints, ensure compliance with customer regulations, and provide adherence to internal Quality and TS/19649 requirements. - Design interim and long-term solutions to resolve process bottlenecks. - Deliver projects on time, within budget, in accordance with project success criteria, through prioritization, allocation of resources, budgeting, planning, and controlling. - Actively develop and/or participate implementing cost savings initiatives involving waste minimization, productivity improvements, product recovery, and other process optimization opportunities. - Provide technical support for new products with different groups such as - Process design, new product introduction, Research and development, Quality, Operations, Equipment, etc - Develop and implement plans to achieve Plant Goals. - Prepare and present engineering reports and metrics results. - Participate in daily visual management core team meetings.Experiência y requisitosRequired Profile: - 5+ yrs of experience in Electronics process; SMT and Through-Hole - Project management skills. - Knowledge of IPC standard. - Capital budget development experience. - Proficiency with PC software Excel, Word, Power Point and Project Management. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Fully Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Cost reduction experience. - Team leadership, facilitation, collaboration and influencing skills required. - Professional career in Industrial Engineering in electronics or related career. - APQP Knowledge. - Problem solving and use of tools (8D's, error test, etc.) - Knowledge of ISO9001 or TS16949. - Capacity to work under pressure. - Machines programming P&P, AOI, SPI, Xray, OvenOrganizaciónBose Corporation, S.A. de C.V.GiroMaquiladora (Export.)Actividad principalEmpresa líder en manufactura de equipo de audio.Número de empleados2350/en_us/index.Html/bose_careers/jobs**Área** Ingeniería**Contrato** Permanente**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Estudios** Carrera Profesional**Sexo** Indistinto
