Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:In this role you will support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products.**This position reports to**:Production Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Provide Technical support to the entire SMT process, including machines and process.- Reduce-Down time of SMT process.- Perform continuous improvement activities, such as participating in continuous quality improvement teams to increase efficiency.- Keep and increase Production rates.- Keep 0 accidents in the area.- Maintain the 5s + 1 (safety) in the area under their charge.- Work as a team with the support areas (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Human Resources, HSE) to make possible the delivery of the expected results.**Your background**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related.- 2 years of experience working in similar positions.- Availability of rotate shifts.- Attitude of service, commitment and fulfillment of tasks.- Ability to analyze and solve problems.- Advanced English level.**More about us**:
