**:As a SMT Technician, you will support production process definition to ensure optimization of cost, quality and on time delivery of products in the Electrification Business.
**This position reports to**:Maintenance Manager**Your responsibilities**:- Provide Technical support to the entire SMT process, including machines and process.- Reduce-Down time of SMT process.- Perform continuous improvement activities, such as participating in continuous quality improvement teams to increase efficiency.- Keep and increase Production rates.- Keep 0 accidents in the area.- Maintain the 5s + 1 (safety) in the area under their charge.- Work as a team with the support areas (Quality, Materials, Engineering, Human Resources, HSE) to make possible the delivery of the expected results.
**Your background**:- Bachelor's Degree in Electromechanical Engineering or related.- 2 years of experience in related areas.- Availability of Schedule / Rotate shifts.- Attitude of Service, Commitment, and fulfillment of tasks.- Ability to analyze and solve problems.- Advanced English.
