Our AI solutions enhance efficiency, spark creativity, and drive insightful decision-making, empowering our teams to produce innovative and impactful results.Role: Senior Digital Asset ManagerLocation: MexicoROLE MISSIONWorking in partnership with our client, responsible for leading long-term deployment strategy, implementation and workflow of the Digital Asset Management system.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLEAct as primary liaison between client and various studios with regard to naming conventions, campaigns storage, assets, new photography, and archiving.Develop and maintain a metadata entry protocol. Work with various stakeholders across the enterprise to define metadata and taxonomy guidelines. Actively promote data consistency to support common standards and analytics.Responsible for assigning appropriate metadata for assets to ensure accurate usage rights.Manage the Digital Asset system and facilitate the uploading of assets as well as maintaining and upgrading the system.Register internal and external users to the Digital Asset Management system based on permissions.Facilitate retrieval of previously catalogued images/shoots.Process raw images using the appropriate software.Archive assets as necessary.Maintain accurate procedures and records for the system.Keep informed of the latest Digital Asset Management technology trends and innovations.Establish periodic data verification review processes to ensure data accuracy and to support easy and consistent search and delivery of assets.Understand metadata and how to build taxonomies and keywording within the DAM.Exhibit analytical thinking and attention to detail.Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and training skills.Understand how DAMs work (Upload, Download, Search, etc.), and how to optimize workflows and processes within the DAM.Knowledge of Rights and Lifecycle management.Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator (not to edit, but to check files occasionally).
