This individual will use knowledge of the ecommerce sector, fashion-industry, high-level marketing and trend forecasting to create high-engagement across TopFoxx's social media platforms that increase awareness and revenue for our brand. Our employees embrace challenges, feedback, opportunities to support their coworkers, and align themselves tightly with our Core Values, Mission and Vision. **Working at TopFoxx means pushing boundaries, centering all ideas around market, industry and trend/data research and analysis, and maintaining fierce accountability for your role and company success in a fast-paced, high-standard environment. **You will work directly with our CEO and founder, other high-level management members and a team of highly skilled individuals to collaborate and develop.**Key Responsibilities**:- Management of key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook/Meta, Pinterest, Facebook Ambassadors Group and Influencer Marketing Program).- Ideate, draft and finalize copy for the company: SMS, MMS campaigns, captions for IG, Tiktok, FB & Pinterest (both organic pages and paid social ads), blog posts for the website, integrating SEO keywords, and Press Releases.- Brainstorming creative ideas for brand awareness through a company blog, website copy and other written awareness.- Project management - Ideation to execution - Strategize, coordinate, delegate and oversee (quality control) the implementation and output of marketing creatives from the multimedia team. Setting clear expectations and making sure the highest output is hit.- Anticipate customer needs based on trend-forecasting, deep understanding of our target demographics and strong knowledge of the global ecommerce marketing industry.- Continuous research of all current trends in sales and marketing strategies, and the fashion and ecommerce industry to conceptualize plans that will increase awareness, engagement and customer retention for the brand
