You will also be called upon to support the Global Creative Studio (GCS) team with your general know how. At Gates you will have the opportunity to flex and showcase a variety of skills as a member of a dynamic global creative team.**Key responsibilities**:Plan and create content for Gates social media channels aligning with the strategy set by the Social Media CoordinatorContent could include any combination of formats such as illustrations, photos, videos, GIFs and other media formats.Create monthly social media performance reports to evaluate and monitor all KPIs as well as draw valuable insights and recommendations to help achieve the company's social communications objectives.Capture lessons learned, be curious, and explore iterations to continuously improve program tactics and approaches.Manage our online community with a customer-service-oriented mindset.Solve issues and/or redirect them to the appropriate person when needed.ABOUT YOUFluency in both written and spoken English.College degree in Marketing or similar.Basic graphic design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software, specifically Photoshop and Illustrator.2 to 4 years of experience in social media management experience (content creation, community management and analysis of KPIs).Experience in a successful B2B brand marketing.Experience with social media tracking and successful evaluation methods.Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and their characteristics.Excellent written and oral communication skills.
