We need the best talent to help us deliver on our promise, increase our reach, and maximize our impact on the planet and people's lives. - _Come help us build the next Mexican Unicorn with US while contributing towards a better Planet!_**The Role**: As a Social Media and Community Manager at Birdman you will be responsible to build and engage with our current and future communities of customers, embassadors and partners. Making sure that it continues to grow, be happy, engaged and well informed in regards to our products and value proposition as a brand. You will do this through both digital channels, such as social media, as well as through presencial channels leading different PR initiatives. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our brand and manage all of our community interaction. You will work clossly with our Creative team, colaborate with all our content agencies and will be reporting to our Marketing Manager.**Responsibilities**:- Define and execute social media strategy through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action through different social media outlets.- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community.- Set and implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies.- Analyze, report and improve social media indicators such as traffic, reach and engagement.- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.- Communicate, engage, grow and manage our communities through different initiatives as well as close interaction: customers, embassadors, partners.- Organize and participate in events to build community and boost brand awareness.- Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency.- Lead relationship with our team of embassadors, content creators, affiliates and influencers.- Maintain a cohesive strategy across all platforms to increase our brand awareness.- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions**Requirements**:**Basic qualifications (must-haves)**:- BS/MS degree in marketing, design, or a related field.- Kowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest management
