Responsibilities- Lead, develop and implement Social Media Strategy and the overall Content Creation in NOLA region (Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Ecuador)- Lead, develop and implement social media strategy to amplify brand presence, increase user engagement and drive website traffic.- Lead and drive creative content creation together with the local marketing and PR agencies.- Write excellent creative briefings.- Adopt Codashop's brand voice and create highly engaging copy for social media posts, push notifications, and digital ads.- Plan and execute the local boosting calendar.- Create marketing and social media campaigns across the marketing funnel.- Lead, Drive and Support the creation of the social media content calendar, planning, implementation, and reporting.- Collaborate with the Customer Service Team on customers' inquiries on social channels and streaming channels.- Support the Social Care Team and develop a community management setup for the region.- Support the Influencer Marketing team to create relevant content for our own and earned channels- Provide data-driven, actionable insights, and recommendations for improving social media engagement and campaigns across Codashop's owned social media channels.- Research and monitor the activity of company competitors.- Manage Codashop internal analytic tools, such as social media tools.
**Requirements**:- At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing.- Experience in performance marketing is a bonus.- Experience with the gaming industry and communities is of advantage.- Experience in developing and executing social content calendars in different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, online forums, TikTok and Twitch)- Experience in content creation, working with creatives and agencies.- Strong ability to interpret social media data (reach, views, engagements, conversions) and present recommendations to improve performance- Passionate about games and online interactions (social media, online chat, forums, etc)- Good cultural awareness and understanding of how to thoughtfully engage with a diverse array of people and perspectives.- Team player with the ability to work across a matrix, fast-paced, and multicultural environment.- Able to produce presentations and copies in Spanish and English.- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Strong presentation skillsAbility to commute/relocate:- Ciudad de México: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Experience**:- Social Media Marketing: 2 years (required)
