Company Description**Job Description**:**Required Experience**:2 years of experience working as a community manager or social media manager**Required Languages**: Fluent or C2 level in Spanish (Latin American based) and English**Required Location**:Latin America**Work Hours**:9am to 5pm (central time zone)**Position Type**: Full-timePlease upload your resume in English.**Qualifications**:- 2 years of experience working as a community manager or social media manager are required- Fluent or C2 level in English and Latin American based Spanish is required (written and spoken)- Experience in external communications and/or copywriting- Great knowledge of the inner working of social media platforms- You are skilled at problem-solving skills and can not only clearly identify, define, and articulate problems but develop creative solutions for them- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex processes to unfamiliar audiences- Ability to think fast, work proactively, and remain diligent in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment- Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating technical concepts and decisions to non-technical staff- A strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholders**About the position**:- Become a social media expert and help our client through their digital transformation with the full back up of our agency in your corner- Be the community management champion and monitor the client's social media accounts through Sprinklr- Support the monthly editorial content planning and post scheduling- Actively engage with audience on social media platforms after assessing inbound messages and user profiles and draft responses with the support of a pre-approved response book or other sources- Work with cross-functional partners including agency colleagues as well as client's department teams (Marketing, Communications, Business Development etc.) on response approvals and playbook updates- Prepare monthly data analysis reports on content and engagement performance
