**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Management**: Schedule and publish content across all social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and branding.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with our online community, addressing comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and strategies, providing regular reports to the management team.
- **Campaign Support**: Assist in the development and execution of social media campaigns, including creating and managing content calendars.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, suggesting improvements and innovations.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure that social media content aligns with broader marketing initiatives.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Manage social media tools and platforms, ensuring accounts are up-to-date, secure, and functioning properly.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Social Media Administrator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- **Skills**: Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- **Communication**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Creativity**: Ability to create engaging content and think creatively to increase engagement.
- **Analytical**: Proficient in using analytics tools to measure performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
- **Organizational**: Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- **Education**: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Certifications**: Social media certifications or relevant courses.
