**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals and objectives.
- Create engaging and relevant content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and other multimedia formats.
- Manage and maintain the company's social media profiles and presence, including but not limited to Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Reviews, Yelp.
- Monitor social media channels for trending topics, news, and relevant discussions, and leverage opportunities for engagement.
- Interact with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct regular analysis of social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and recommend strategies to keep the company's social media presence innovative and competitive.
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal regulations, and platform policies in all social media communications.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation, engagement, and advertising.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling and concise content for various social media channels.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse audiences in a professional manner.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in social media analytics tools and the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools and basic photo/video editing skills are a plus.
- Prior experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization in the relevant industry is preferred.
