RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy Development:

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging platforms to ensure a cutting-edge social media presence.
Content Creation and Curation:
Create engaging and shareable content, including text, image, and video content.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent assets.
Curate user-generated content to foster community engagement.
Platform Management:
Manage and grow the company's presence on key social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
Stay informed about each platform's algorithm changes and best practices.
Analytics and Reporting:
Utilize social media analytics tools to track performance, analyze data, and optimize strategies.
Prepare regular reports detailing key metrics, trends, and insights for management review.
Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement and reach.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions to achieve specific marketing goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media into overall marketing initiatives.
Community Building:
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
Foster a sense of community and engagement among the brand's followers.
Crisis Management:
Monitor social media channels for potential issues and respond appropriately to mitigate negative sentiment.
Develop and implement crisis communication plans as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Experience with social media analytics tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: From $16,832.20 per month
