We analyze data to identify and understand audiences that inspire the culturally relevant creative ideas that we produce.We are part of Samy Alliance, a global ecosystem of specialized marketing solutions with over 400 professionals operating from 15 offices in over 55 markets.Samy Alliance develops socially and humanly impactful end-to-end campaigns aimed to build trust and community through our specialized solutions in Research, Social Media, Strategy, Creativity, Influencer Marketing, ePR, and Paid Media.MissionWe are searching for a highly creative and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to lead and execute social media marketing strategies aimed at enhancing the visibility of our brands and engaging the audience.The ideal candidate should possess strong skills in digital marketing, communication, project management, and data analysis.ResponsibilitiesDevelops and implements social media tactics aligned with the brand's strategy on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, Twitch, etc.Generates compelling social assets (e.G., original text, photos, videos, and news) with and without the assistance of a designer/editor.Publishes content with great attention to detail and taking into account best practices for each platform.Establishes and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs).Manages and maintains the content calendar.Engages with followers, responds to queries promptly, and monitors customer reviews.Proposes and executes proactive ideas to enhance brand value, drawing inspiration from social media trends or audience conversations.Prepares monthly/quarterly/yearly performance reports highlighting growth opportunities and implements corresponding optimizations.Coordinates and tracks the implementation of media campaigns with the media team, ensuring seamless execution.Collaborates with other teams, such as strategy, creativity, and content, to ensure brand consistency.Oversees the design of social media accounts (e.G., Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures, and blog layout).Conducts research and analysis on competitors and the market to identify opportunities and emerging trends.Stays updated on current technologies and trends in social media and mass consumption, informing the team of any trends, innovations, or changes that may impact the brand.RequirementsExperience & skills2+ years of experience in a similar role.Previous experience working in advertising agencies.Strong communication skills and copywriting abilities.Experience in community management tasks.Experience in content creation.Proficiency in managing social media scheduling and analytics tools.Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.Good English writing and speaking skills.Proactive, independent, and reliable
