Social is our main amplification channel and you'll work closely with key cross-functional teams like product marketing, demand generation, business development, campaigns, content, and comms to help widen the reach for our global campaigns, key product releases, and launches.We're looking for someone who is passionate about Social Media, knows each platform to its core, and is interested in testing all its possible features. We're looking for an instinctive storyteller who loves making content through engaging formats.We are in search of someone that will bring authenticity, wit, humor, relatability, confidence, enthusiasm, joy, and a unique perspective to our Social Media presence.What You'll Do:Content Creation and Posting: We're communicating client stories, partnerships, and new features every week. We're looking for someone who can concept, develop, produce, and edit engaging content that resonates with our audience across key channels, staying ahead of trends and features to ensure relevancy.Design and Edit: Factorial is very visual, and we need someone who can develop creative and attractive ways to express the brand and product visually by creating some assets yourself and working with our talented Brand Studio Team to bring these ideas to life.Partner Strategically Across Functions: This role involves being a person who knows how to work as a team and can be one of the key figures to talk to within various areas and also know how to prioritize tasks and requests. This also means ensuring that our social media strategies align with our business objectives.Platform Management: Oversee day-to-day management of B2B channels: LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter. Planning, scheduling, monitoring, measuring, and iterating at all times.What we're looking for2-4 years of experience in communications and social media with a proven track record of growing a brand following (even if it's a personal brand) on social media platforms.Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and spoken). Be able to write copies, talk in front of the camera, interview, and improve copywriting.Excellent writer and visual storyteller. Compelling communication requires exceptional writing craft and a strong eye for visuals. You are a strong writer and have a portfolio that demonstrates distinct brand voice.Design and native mobile app editing skills. You have experience with creating visual assets (photos and video) and also identify best practices in Social Media to be able to point out improvements in assets that are delivered to you.Expert collaborator.
