.Social Project Manager
- Mexico City MexicoThe Social Project Manager should be motivated, detail oriented, hard-working and a self-starter. They will be carrying out the day-to-day traffic activities and manage all admin responsibilities within the team. They will be expected to collaborate with other key departments within the company to deliver and traffic all Ads in a timely manner. They should have a minimum five to seven years traffic and network clearance experience.Role & Responsibilities:Handle network clearances for commercials airing on broadcast and cable networks and update internal teams with network feedback.Should have extensive experience working with network standards and practices departments to assure a smooth clearance process.Obtain all necessary documents such as preliminary and as-produced scripts, rough-cuts, final spots, producer's affidavits, product packaging, etc. to share with networks for clearance purposes.Schedule all traffic instructions, whilst creating and maintaining digital traffic folder.Organize and maintain quarterly station lists according to specific products/brands.Manage commercial shipment of spots to broadcast networks and cable stations.Prepare and send relevant blanket cable traffic instructions.Prepare and send program specific network traffic instructions.Work with external vendor to create estimates for network clearance, close captioning, and shipping spots to broadcast stations.Maintain logs of shipped materials.Create orders once spots are confirmed to be shipped - for dub/ship spots to stations and network clearance departments.Assign Ad-iD codes to each spot by obtaining codes from Ad-iD web portal and/or assign internal social codes as needed.Create and maintain commercial status trackers.Run all weekly Traffic usage reports and distribute accordingly to internal teams and agency partners (AORs).Responsible for all additional admin within the team i.E. maintaining and updating network & cable station lists, contact lists, processing invoices etc.Requirements:Good knowledge of Excel.Must be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Must be very organized and know how to prioritize tasks.Open minded in dealing with unforeseen issues.Flexible attitude and ability to change tasks frequently.Good problem-solving skills.Able to train, mentor and manage junior team members.We are an equal-opportunity employer committed to building a respectful and empowering work environment for all people to freely express themselves amongst colleagues who embrace diversity in all respects.While we continue to grow our teams, please be mindful of fraudulent job postings and recruiting activities that may use our company name and information.
