The Field Sales Manager is an entry-level position responsible for providing customer service assistance and meeting sales targets for financial products and services within their assigned district or location, in coordination with the broader Consumer Sales Team. The overall objective is to utilize a wide range of product knowledge to build relationships with clients in order to recognize which financial products and services meet their needs.**Responsibilities**:- Provide direction of daily tasks and responsibilities for team members and coach team in reaching and exceeding sales quota through coordination of efforts and resources- Monitor team performance and recommend alternative options to enhance team productivity in accordance with Citi guidelines, when needed- Conduct performance evaluations, compensation, hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination of team members- Perform the necessary processes, procedures and verbal dialogues to effectively customize offers and cross sell an expansive set of products and services to existing customers- Comply with company policies and procedures and consistently meet performance targets- Identify opportunities to cross-sell an expansive set of products and services to clients- Adhere to strict laws and regulations governing Telesales practices in a complex sales environment- Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of Citi's policies, procedures and a variety of service and product offerings**Qualifications**:- 2-4 years of relevant experience- Previous financial sales and management experience required- Proficient computer skills- Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiating skills- Proactive leadership and motivational skills- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication**Education**:- High School Diploma or equivalentThis job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
