Descripción del empleo**As a Soft collections Agent, you must be a persistent and tenacious individual with great interpersonal skills and exceptional telephone etiquette. Even though you are calling past due customers, we are considered a customer service based department, at no time do we want to put people down or be rude; we will always try to find the best solutions for our customer to not only collect payment full balances but in fact to restore the accounts.****Responsibilities**:- Contact borrowers to collect payment and restore accounts- Identify reasons why client's stopped paying and resell the value of products and services to ensure collection and restore the account- Reassures customers of their buying decision and makes them feel welcome**Requirements**:- Soft collections experience- Minimum of high school or equivalent- Fully Bilingual (English / Spanish)- Available Monday to Friday, 7am to 4pm PSTTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesHorario:- Turno de 8 horasTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de puntualidad
