Software Analyst

**Job Description / Capsule**Commercial IT - Market Access domain within AZ manage all transactions regarding payments, contracts, catalogues, price list, government pricing, internal/external financial forecasting for all our suppliers, wholesalers or end users. Everything processed is strictly confidential.The software analyst will participate as a member of all Market Access projects. He/she will be responsible for engaging with end users, business process owners and vendor stakeholder, proactively look for process improvements and provide support to multiple markets (US and 68+ global markets), follow diligently SOx process of the area, providing support to all our customers to ensure a service of excellence always aligned to AZ metrics and standards.**Typical Accountabilities**- Analysis, validation & fixing of business data issues- Liaise with SaaS providers such as SFDC, Informatica and Model N for product related issues/maintenance- Root Cause analysis and e2e resolution- Validation of daily data processing to ensure that data is as desired by business or other systems- Aligned 100% to regulatory SOx guidelines and procedures**Essential**- ETL Experience- Exposure to various Integration Methodologies- Technical knowledge in- SQL for structured DBs- Unix/Linux & Shell Scripts- Object oriented programming language- Good spoken and written English language skills- Proactive approach to problem solving- Attention to detail and being able to follow closely audit processes.- Excellent analytical skills
