**Our Team**
You will be part of the Optical Solutions division, a dynamic group focused on advancing innovative connectivity solutions. Collaborate closely with hardware engineers and data analysts to develop state-of-the-art optical test systems and strategies.
**What You Will Do
- Develop and maintain sophisticated software for optical test systems using LabVIEW, Python, and C#.
- Design and implement innovative optical transceiver test procedures aligned with production testing needs.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize optical test strategies, improving yields and throughput with data analytics.
- Analyze test data and generate detailed reports to enhance production tests.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with exceptional code and system debugging skills.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with LabVIEW, Python, and C# programming.
- Skilled in using communication protocols such as I2C, Serial, GPIB, and TCP.
- Experience with optical test equipment like OSA and BERT.
- Expertise with Git repositories and tools like Bitbucket and GitHub.
**What Will Put You Ahead
- Advanced degree (Masters or Ph.D.) in a related field.
- NI Certification such as CLAD or CLD.
- Familiarity with LabVIEW OOP and design patterns like QMH.
- Hands-on experience with fiber optics and optical transceiver testing.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for technical collaboration.
