This role has global responsibility for cybersecurity integrations and automation within the Corporate Infrastructure & Security (CIS)
team.

**A day in the Life**:
- Write, test, and deliver high quality software and documentation (primarily in Python)
- Work directly with cybersecurity teams to capture requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Identify and prioritize technical risks, impediments and dependencies on the product backlog
- Integrate enterprise grade security products, services and data
- Define, design and document reference architectures
- Maintain and improve existing software solutions
- Share and align architectural vision
- Mentor junior engineers
**Keys to Success**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
**Experience**:
- 7+ years of software development using a modern programming language such as Python, Java or JavaScript in an Agile environment
- Hands on experience with microservices and event driven architecture
- Experience interacting with software endpoints using HTTP, REST, SOAP, or similar
- Cloud and container architecture and services
- Front-end and/or data visualization experience is a plus
**Knowledge, Skills, Abilities**:
- Proven track record developing and debugging software
- Solid grasp of software version control and release management
- Demonstrated understanding of compute, network and storage infrastructure components
- Familiarity with databases (Postgres, MySQL, MS SQL) and SQL language
- Object Oriented design
- Leadership, decisiveness, and ability to influence your partners to build and deploy software changes
- Attention to detail and interpersonal skills
