**Role Expectations and Qualifications**
**Essentials**:
- At least six years of proven background in software development.
- Proficiency in LAMP (PHP)
- Good understanding of Javascript
- Proficiency in two frameworks or more
- Experience with both web and mobile
- Proficiency in OOP
- Solid experience in SQL, both design and implementation
- Experience in Unit and Integration Tests
- Solid understanding of Microservices and DevOps practices
- Familiarity with Unit and Integration Testing.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies
- Good oral and written English communication skills.
**Desirable**:
- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
- An analytical, creative, and open-minded approach.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive and positive demeanour.
- Strong collaborative abilities and a team-oriented mindset.
