**Job Details****What you will do**:This position serves as an owner and authority for the inventory management processes published in support of Audit, Compliance, and IT Operational activities. This position requires a keen focus on customer experience, operational stability, and process maturity activities.Reporting to the Manager, IT Software Asset Management, this position serves as part of the IT Software Asset Management Program Office that works in close partnership with global IT Service Delivery staff, Hardware Asset Management, Security, Risk and Compliance functions to drive operational excellence, compliance to industry standard processes and continual improvement.**How would you do it**:- Accountable for process management governance, execution, and continual improvement- Provide guidance to staff and assist with day-to-day process support activities.- Provide input for ongoing maturation of SAM tools (Navvia, ServiceNow) with respect to process execution and reporting capabilities.- Assist in partnering with Software Owners, Delivery Managers, License Managers and others to ensure support teams are operating in adherence with all SAM processes and within defined Service Level Agreements- Ensure defined KPIs are understood, followed, and adhered to- Participate in process audits to ensure compliance to policy and standards.- Function as the primary point of escalation for day-to-day process operations- Help identify skill gaps and opportunities to strengthen the capabilities of the global team and provide relevant process training as needed.**What we look for**:- Experience in an ITAM role, preferably with direct responsibility for business analysis, execution, and continual improvement- 5 to 8 years of experience- Experience working with ServiceNow.- Ability to work in a large and matrixed corporate environment.- Experience with Vendor Management- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills - servant leadership, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation- Ability to work with and influence all levels of the organization.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to effectively communicate technical actions to a non-technical audience.- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint- Energetic and have an excellent work ethic.- Lean IT, Six Sigma, PMP, CSAM / CITAM or similar industry certifications- Experience with analyzing complex data and developing reporting capabilities for SAM operational / performance metrics.
