Software Back-End Developer

**Responsibilities**:- Design and develop Websites, Web services, and Web Applications, among others.- Work with multiple departments and people to ensure understanding of and access to data.- Build collaborative relationships within the organization.- Promotes a culture of safety for patients and Associates through proper identification, proper reporting, documentation, and prevention of errors in a non-punitive environment.**Requirements**:- Proven work experience as a Back-End Developer.- In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment).- Hands-on experience with Python (Flask library), JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar.- Experience designing websites (HTML and CSS).- Knowledge of AWS or Azure.- Knowledge of database connections with SQL and/or NoSQL.- Ability to understand software interactions from end to end.- Experience creating transformations of data and interfaces with other systems.- BS degree in Computer Science or relevant field.- Excellent analytical and time management skills.- Teamwork skills with a problem-solving attitude.- Detail-oriented.- Based or willing to relocate in Monterrey, N.L.**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Life insurance- Christmas bonus above the law- Vacations bonus (35%)- Savings fun- Special discounts on hospital services
