.Dematic is seeking a highly motivated leader for the Software Commissioning team.
The team is responsible for the commissioning of the Software Application Engineering North America projects.
This leader will ensure the delivery of high quality and effective performance of the software solutions that are critical to the operations of Dematic customer systems.In this position, the primary responsibility is that the team executes at a very high level to meet our excellence standards.
To achieve this, it will require building strong business relationships with the team to make sure the team's motivated to perform accordingly and reach their protentional.
Besides the engagement with the team, you also need to interact with other managers and project leads to make sure our department projects are covered by the team member that best fits the needs.To be successful you will need effective communication, leadership and big picture perspective.
You will need to anticipate issues the team may encounter and be a partner of the overall business that makes decisions with the employees, customer and company in mind.
