The team is responsible for the commissioning of the Software Application Engineering North America projects. You will need to anticipate issues the team may encounter and be a partner of the overall business that makes decisions with the employees, customer and company in mind.Key responsibilities:- Drives problem solving efforts for project, team and process performance- Displays accountability for software performance excellence- Continually coaches team through team meetings and one-on-ones sessions- Hold project teams accountable for their project responsibilities and deliverables- Champion continuous improvement in project management and commissioning tasks- Participates in forecasting, requesting, and justifying staffing changes- Participate in customer meetings as needed- Remove roadblocks the team encounter to perform effectiveWhat we are looking for- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar- 4+ years software engineering experience- 3+ years industry experience- 1+ year leadership experience- Excellent English communication for writing and speaking- Ability to travel (50%)- Additional Job DescriptionCareer DevelopmentWe are here to support you for the entirety of your Dematic career.
