This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help to prevent accidents caused by human error.YOUR ROLEROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and promote a shared technical and architectural vision and establish a long-term architectural strategy for infotainment / ICC (Integrated Cockpit controller) and derive Non-functional requirements (NFRs) for the implementations.Define requirements for In-vehicle/automotive Infotainment Platforms.Design architecture which is scalable, modular, and reusable with high performance.Manage risk identification and risk mitigation strategies associated with the architecture, which include analyzing technical trade-offs, determining primary components/subsystems, validating technology explorations, and evaluating implementation alternatives.Provide technical leadership to the development team.Support members of the team with mentoring, pairing, code reviewing, and driving the adoption of best practices.Work with scrum master/product owner to support estimation and planning in an agile development environment.Prepare for and independently handle customer demos and manage technical communication with customers.Strong product and user experience acumen and willingness to partner with product teams and own the product development.Work on RFI/RFQ and provide efforts estimate based on requirements from customers and existing framework.YOUR BACKGROUNDEXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUISITESExcellent experience in Android-based product development in In-vehicle/automotive Infotainment Platforms with a minimum of [insert minimum years] in the role.Proficiency in Object-oriented design, design patterns, and clean architecture rules.Experience with the AOSP, Android SDK, Core Java, NDK, JNI, Linux kernel, QNX, etc.Experience with Android Automotive OS, Android frameworks, Platform, and customization.Familiarity with Jetpack, dependency injection, Android Architecture Components, Audio/Video Framework, Animation, Canvas, Projection technologies (Android Auto & Carplay), Bluetooth, USB, Ethernet, WIFI, etc.Good experience in optimization of Android App boot-up time and performance such as Frozen frames, Slow rendering issues, Crashes, and ANRs.Proficiency in Java/Kotlin/C++.Proficiency in developing modular, scalable Android applications using the latest Google Android libraries and framework.Experience in CI/CD & Merge gate-based development environment.Added advantage for exposure to Automotive Embedded Development and Testing tools (IDE, Vector CAN tools like CANoe, GENy)
