This position will require the individual to have the technical skills to develop and release new functionalities, troubleshoot production issues, plan for software upgrades and support implementations of new functionality.
**Primary Responsibilities**:
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Design and develop new functionalities.
- Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications.
- Plan and support new software releases.
- Work with Internal Customers to implement new functionality.
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies.
**Basic Qualifications**:
- Fluent English.
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience.
- Proven working experience in Java development.
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Experience in the Spring Framework.
- Experience building, testing, securing, exposing, and consuming API's.
- Experience with test-driven development.
- Familiarity with object-oriented program and agile development.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Expertise in ecommerce tools & technologies, Java / J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, JSP & Servlets, Angular JS & Node JS, REST / SOAP APIs, JUnit, Angular, CSS & HTML 5.
- Experience with ADO and CI/CD Jenkins Integration.
- Experience with Atlassian suite of tools.
- Experience with cloud services and deployment.
- Experience with shell scripting.
