If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).Job DescriptionAs a Tibco Support Analyst, you will be responsible for:L2 and L3 production support including corrective, preventive, adaptive, and perfective maintenance.Taking ownership of reported issues and ensuring they reach the desired resolution - including troubleshooting, internal communication, and providing feedback on a regular basis.Ensuring inter and intra team coordination for effective resolution of incidents.Supporting and maintaining the Tibco runtime platform.Leading activities such as production monitoring, break fix resolution including bridge calls, problem solving, gap analysis, and configuration correction.Meeting with vendor support for any version updates and implementing them in all environments.Documenting support processes for existing and new applications, SOPs for P1/P2/P3 incidents, monitoring jobs, emails, alerts, and creating reports based on activities.Identifying automation opportunities, reducing manual activities, documenting support activities, and partnering with the development team on project and enhancement work.Notifying and escalating support failures, managing incident and problem tickets.Supporting production implementations and post-change validations.Supporting existing production applications including monitoring and break fix resolution.Transitioning project deliverables to the production support team including modification of existing applications to resolve production issues or enhance existing capabilities or new applications.Ensuring quality, maintainability, and reusability of automation and core components.Job Requirements3-5 years of hands-on support experience working in the integration domain with Tibco suite of products including: Tibco BW, Tibco Administrator, Tibco EMS, Tibco Business Connect.3+ years of experience performing operations support for mission-critical, high-performance Tibco integrations, preferably on Tibco 5.X.3+ years of experience in B2B integrations managing Partner Onboarding including establishing connections over various protocols i.E., EDI X12, EDIFACT, EZComm.Strong technical knowledge and a very good understanding of various integration patterns.Hands-on knowledge of different data formats like XML, JSON, Flat files, etc.Experience working with Technology Information Security and Risk teams to implement solutions that adhere to security policies.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to understand and clarify complex issues and solutions.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Willing to work on rotation-based shifts/weekend shifts/on-call support.Adhere to and maintain response and resolution within SLA
