Be a part of our journey!**Your day to day**- Contribute to design, development, test, and support features in current and next generation Poly Voice products.- Work in highly collaborative agile environment- Contribute towards influencing product hardware and software roadmap- Working with other Poly teams and sites to ensure that the best technical solutions are developed as effectively as possible- Contribute to supporting customers and resolve product issues- Emphasize clean, re-usable code and best development practices- Develop prototypes to prove design concepts, mitigate risk, and evaluate and validate alternative technologies**What you bring to the team**- Masters or bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science- At least 5 years' experience in C/C++/Java software development working with state-of-the-art software engineering tools and processes- At least 3 years' experience in system/software design in telecom, UC or a related field with embedded Linux- Proven experience working with embedded or other high-performance / real-time systems- Proven ability to work effectively within fast-paced, accountable product delivery teams- Strong understanding of object-oriented software design, implementation and testing- Proven effectiveness working with Agile software development ideals and best practices**Our Culture**At Poly, leadership principles aren't just something we talk about, they're something we live and breathe.
