Accountable for product quality, clean code, and documenting the solution(s).About the RoleIn this opportunity as a Software Engineer, you will be responsible to:Deliver technical solutions for a product and/or participate in complex projects.Write code according to established coding specifications for software development.Understand low-complexity business requirements, edge cases, and ask clarifying questions to be translated to code.Prepare the code/solution to be deployed.Write new software and make changes to existing code or integrations based on agreed-upon specifications.Deliver end-to-end technical solutions for multiple products or complex projects.Participate in code reviews for learning purposes.Work with moderate guidance and review in carrying out activities.Actively participate in agile ceremonies, meetings, interact with other tech-teams and provide status of the assigned workload.Understand, identify and solve bugs/incidents in existing code based on the existing standards and good practices.Maintain and/or create documentation for the new developments/systems.Address concerns with limited support.Know when escalation is needed.Identify opportunities to improve/enhance business and technology processes.Share information clearly and articulate to all audiences.Learn and adapt, bouncing back from setbacks.Work both independently and as part of a development team on various projects of varying size and scope concurrently.Solve complex problems with minimal guidance.Deliver software features with exceptional quality, meeting designated release plans and delivery commitments.Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, studying systems flow, data usage, work processes, investigating problem areas and following the software development lifecycle.Document and demonstrate solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.Clearly communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.About YouYou're a fit for the role if your background includes:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.3+ years of experience in software development and engineering.Strong understanding of agile software development lifecycle and methodologies.Experience with software development tools, frameworks, and best practices.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other teams
