**What will you do?**
- Participate in the implementation, automated unit and integration testing, code reviews, debugging, and integration of code of complexity across multiple concurrent projects.
- Follow good software, security, and DevOps practices during execution.
- Identify, document, and implement internal improvements to contribute to the delivery, scalability, and performance of our platforms.
- Participate in on-call rotation to address critical operational incidents and business requests.
- Collaborate with other team members, product owner, scrum master, other supporting roles, and stakeholders to better support organizational goals and our customers.
**How will you get here?**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or other technical areas.
- +3 years of relevant software development experience
- Understanding of object-oriented design and programming.
- Motivated to build world-class software solutions that improve lives preferably using Java, Spring boot framework, Node.js, and Kotlin.
- Experience with front-end technologies and languages: JavaScript or Typescript, JQuery, CSS, HTML, and optional experience with front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
- Web Service design experience: REST APIs and authentication or SOAP Request/Response handling
- Hands-on experience with relational (Postgres) and non-relational databases (MongoDB)
- Some experience with CI/CD using Jenkins and GitHub
- Some experience with unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
**Nice to have**:
- Exposure to the most common Enterprise Integration Patterns and their implementation using for example Open Source Apache Camel (Integration and Routing Engine software)
- Experience with Elasticsearch or OpenSearch search engines
- Experience in configuring and monitoring setups using Kubernetes and containers
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure experience or certifications.
- Experience working within an Agile software development team (SAFe / Scrum)
