We understand that your life is about more than just work, so we're committed to a culture that supports your whole life.**Job Description**:We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join our IT Service Management Team.This role is key to our IT Service Management and Reliability effort!What will you do?- Lead the development and configuration of selected modules in ServiceNow.- Assure data quality adherence as per defined parameters.- Assure the CMDB is properly configured and resolve issues with data discrepancies.- Play a significant role in planning the course of ITSM Tooling within F5 Technology Services.- Develop and maintain complete documentation to reflect current and planned states of the landscape.- Work closely with peers and partners to solve complex problems related to both ITSM and the Configuration Management components of ServiceNow.-- Display a security mindset in accordance with standards, guidelines and policy.Knowledge, skills and abilities:- You will bring your demonstrated experience with ServiceNow development and administration as well as polished scripting skills.- Strong communications skills.- Showcase excellent social, planning, documentation, organization, and problem-solving skills.- Know the Customer!
