7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams
- Experience partnering with product or program management teams
- 3+ years of people management experience, managing engineers
- 3+ years of experience leading the architecture and design (system architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or related technical field
- 3+ years of programming experience in an object-oriented programming language such as Java, C++ or C#
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithm design and complexity analysis
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels
