Software Development Manager (Java)

Bachelors or MCA equivalent engineering/computer science education spanning 4 years.
- Manage multiple projects ensuring quality, on-time delivery.
- Plan and track the progress of the projects, achieve project milestones and communicate the project progress with the stake holders.
- Facilitate resolution for the issues and roadblocks
- Well versed with risk assessment & change management plans.
- Ability to manage scope and expectations of the key stake holders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Agile methodology
- Experience in managing/delivering Java & Python projects
- Experience in delivering the micro services-based solutions.
- Exposure to Big data architecture and ML methodologies
- Good understanding of Data visualization using Kibana, Grafana etc.
