Problem solving
Good communication
AWS Skill (Mandatory)
EDI development experience (Mandatory)
Snap logic or any automation tool exp (nice to have)
Knowledge of scripting languages - Powershell, Python, Windows cmd
Proficiency in SQL (mandatory)
Experiencing with New Relic or any infrastructure monitoring tool (nice to have)
Understanding of ITIL
