He will record the occurrence and solution of second-level support incidents, in addition to the implementation and registration of solutions to failures in IT services in FCS Service configurations.What a typical day looks like:Manage and Support IT applications based on support standards and propose new tools for these purposes.Acts as 2nd level escalation contact for IT administrators and Global Helpdesk on applications implementation assignments.Diagnose application data quality issues.Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to the project team to resolve issues.Project Management on Tools Deployment.Prepares standard operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the Flex client infrastructure and implements adequate administrative tools and processes while ensuring monitoring and controls are in place to ensure stability of systems.Establishes clear communication channels and ensures proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers, and cross-functional teams.Ensures minimum MTTR (Mean Time to Repair), while fixing problems; follows up with proper root cause analysis, and corrective & preventive actions to increase MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).Proposes system enhancements (software updates).Identifies, explores, and resolves program deficiencies.Provides software development and consultation to prospective users.Interfaces with and guides customer product development calls and meetings.The experience we're looking to add to our team:BA/BS or equivalent work experience.Experience as a Sys analyst and/or support.Knowledge of Microsoft SQL (Troubleshooting).Knowledge of .NET.Intermediate English – Advanced.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.Life Insurance
