Through tech we will provide an incredible and transparent experience for homeowners, manage a distributed network of homes, power our hospitality brand and provide guests with unique and magical experiences in all of our locations.Were looking for software engineers to help us build the vacation and short-term rental platform of the future. In this role, youll help build the foundations for Nayas engineering team from a technical and cultural standpoint. You will need to wear multiple hats (backend, frontend, devops, talking to customers, architecting, etc.), build products quickly (you gotta love coding) and have a strategic mindset that will allow you to work with the leadership team in building and scaling the company.Youll be part of key architectural decisions that will be pillars of the engineering organization for years to come.
