.This position involves support of the Enterprise Asset Management products.
The ideal candidate will work with integrated applications in Customer Support.
Tasks will include:Providing support to internal and external customers for product-related issuesInterfacing with internal customers, including software development and product planningAssisting with workshops and training as neededPerforming technical tasks in support of installation and maintenance of EAM ProductsProactively keeping customers informed of how and when problems are resolved with a focus on retention and reference ability.Involved in any additional follow-up, testing, and troubleshooting including remote desktop viewing through tools such as WebEx, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom.Responsible for appropriate referral to other support analysts, providing feedback to Development with guidance from mentor (more senior analysts) and liaising with other Departments.Focusing on developing knowledge in specific product suite or operating environments.Contributing information to the Support knowledge base.Managing workload effectively following Support Procedures.Troubleshooting technical parts of the product (jboss, apache, database, sql code, cognos, web services, adfs, deployment, log, GIS, Esri, etc)Previous experience working in Support and TroubleshootingGood problem-solving and analytic skills.Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.Able to provide oral and written communication that effectively articulates complex ideas.User of Microsoft Office applicationsEducation / QualificationsBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or computer science or has equivalent technical training and/or work experiencePreferred QualificationsPossesses working knowledge of operating environments and basic knowledge of product functionalityBasic knowledge of Oracle and Microsoft SQL databasesTechnical backgroundExperience with Maintenance SoftwareAbout HexagonHexagon is a global leader in digital reality solutions, combining sensor, software, and autonomous technologies.
