**Responsibilities**:
Implement responsive and visually appealing front-end solutions using React and Next.js.

React and Next.js Proficiency:

- Leverage your expertise in React and Next.js to architect and implement scalable front-end solutions.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in React and Next.js.
- PayloadCMS Integration:

Collaboration:

- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design specifications into functional and interactive user interfaces.
- Work closely with back-end developers to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.

Code Quality and Best Practices:

- Follow coding standards and best practices to ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Testing and Optimization:

- Optimize front-end code for speed and scalability.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js.
- Experience with PayloadCMS is preferred.
- JavaScript and CSS Mastery
- Expertise in JavaScript and CSS, with a focus on modern front-end development practices.
- Familiarity with build tools and package managers (Webpack, np**m).**:

- Responsive Design: Experience implementing responsive and mobile-friendly user interfaces.
- Collaboration and Communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and debug front-end issues.
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
