This team's primary responsibility is to build features and tooling which support buyers and sellers when they need help with an order or help with their shop. This involves multi-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, data analysts, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality experiences across multiple channels, including Zendesk, support chat, and order help requests.As a Software Engineer II on our team, you will be responsible for:Building and maintaining software written in PHP and React/TypescriptClose attention to detail, with the ability to translate design and product requirements to production-ready codeWork closely with third-party APIs, such as Zendesk, to provide stellar support to our buyersStrong communication that adapts to technical and non-technical audiencesConsistently and proactively breaking down large features into multiple stages for deliveryIdentifying and resolving difficult architectural and technical trade-offsCollaborate with teammates across various subject areas, including engineering, product management, product design, and data analyticsThis is a full-time position reporting to the Engineering Manager of the team.
