We are building UX controls and a platform based on React that can be shared and reused.We are looking for a highly driven, self-directed, results-oriented Software Engineer II to define, drive and execute the support cost reduction effort by improving self-help, customer troubleshooting scenarios, and agent troubleshooting scenarios to reduce time to resolve customer issues. As a developer on the team, you will work across teams to implement the features and work needed to improve support costs and customer satisfaction.
