Collaborates with other teams to ensure the solution is feasible and aligned with the technical vision.Responsible for collaborating with their team and supporting other team members to achieve the team's goals while guaranteeing that the team is able to perform their development activities at all times. Delivers at the expectations quantitatively and qualitatively.With a good understanding of the business to evaluate the trade-offs accordingly and make informed decisions. Identifies and promotes areas of improvement for deliverables, practices, and processes, such as identifying and prioritizing tech debt.Eager to collaborate during the early analysis of a project, helping the team estimate medium to complex projects, and supporting the team in translating business requirements into technical requirements.Position RequirementsAt least 8 years of progressive experience in software engineering.Strong experience in Software Engineering in backend (JAVA, PYTHON, GO or RUBY).Strong experience in cloud technologies (AWS).Experience in Microservices.Experience with Kafka.Experience with APIs.Ability to clearly communicate simple to complex ideas
