**The Role**
**Duties & Key Objectives**:
- Enhance our principal algorithms to boost productivity and scalability.
- Maintain and refine our existing code base and infrastructure.
- Identify and rectify any deficiencies within our current tools and testing coverage.
**Required Qualifications**:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven track record in successful software project delivery.
- Prior experience of collaborative work in a team setting of at least three individuals.
- Competency in C++ with a strong emphasis on sustainable coding practices.
- Solid understanding of Python.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment.
**Ideal Qualifications**:
- A few years of professional work experience.
- Proficiency with cloud backend systems.
- Familiarity with gtest/catkin is advantageous.
- An interest or prior knowledge in robotics, autonomous vehicles, or multi-agent systems is highly desirable.
