This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving results in a collaborative environment.Roles & Responsibilities:Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on technical issues and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to define technical requirements, scope of work, and project timelines.Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable and reliable software solutions.Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, coding standards, and compliance with security and data protection guidelines.Drive innovation and champion new technologies to enhance product capabilities and improve efficiency.Monitor team performance and conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching for career development.Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the engineering team.Required Skills:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience (12+ years) in software development, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or management role.Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce.Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in Agile/Scrum practices.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on schedule.Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts and project details to non-technical stakeholders.Commitment to professional growth and staying updated with industry trends and advancements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
