We provide our global teams with the resources needed to achieve individual career goals while helping to take science a step beyond by developing solutions for some of the world's toughest challenges, like protecting the environment, ensuring our food is safe, or helping find cures for cancer.**Discover Impactful Work**:This position is open for remote employment.**A day in the Life**:- Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming sessions.- Work with the team and develops manual (written) test cases for each sprint backlog item.- Execute the test cases in parallel and provide feedback/results to the team so that issues can be caught and addressed early.- Develop end-to-end test cases covering the entire workflow to ensure existing features are un-affected by each new feature- Generate test reports to share and review with the team as part of bi-weekly sprint reviews.**Keys to Success**:**Education**- BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or equivalently technical fields.**Experience**- 4+ years of shown experience with Java; other languages (C++, Ruby, Python, etc. will be considered).- Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.- Jira Dashboards (creation and maintenance).- Critical thinker - Goes beyond the obvious to find bugs and detect issues to ensure tests cover corner cases.- Experience with software development standard methodologies: Agile, TDD, and DDD.- Ability to document artifacts and processes and then explain them to others.- Strong in written and verbal communication, bilingual (English - Spanish)- Preferably, have hands-on knowledge to develop automated test cases to add to the product build pipeline.
