If you're passionate about innovation, electrification, and building a sustainable future, we invite you to join us and be part of the change.**Roles and Responsibilities**:**In this role, you will**:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality software products that contribute to electrification and decarbonization.- Serve our customers by creating and maintaining test cases, test plans, and test scripts that ensure products meet business and technical requirements.- Identify, log, and track defects in the bug-tracking system, ensuring issues are documented clearly and accurately, with a focus on continuous improvement.- Assist in the setup and execution of automated test scripts, working closely with the team to drive innovation in testing processes.- Participate in QA planning, execution, and reporting on test results, taking accountability for the quality metrics and delivery of our software.- Collaborate with team members across departments and geographies, contributing to a "one team" mindset to achieve shared goals.**Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).- Basic understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.- Ability to communicate in Spanish and English- Legal authorization to work in Mexico**Desired Characteristics**:**Technical** expertise**:- Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira, ADO, or similar.- Exposure to test automation tools (e.G., Playwright, Selenium, Cypress) or willingness to learn.- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.- Basic understanding of scripting languages like Python.- Basic understanding of databases and SQL queries
